Hawsker lies on the junction of the A171 Whitby to Scarborough Road and the old cycle rail trail running from Whitby to Robin Hood's Bay and with ample parking and outside space we welcome Motorists, Families, Walkers & Cyclists alike.
The Hare and Hounds is a lively pub with regular events taking place throughout the year including Quiz Nights.
Whether you are visiting Whitby or Robin Hood's Bay for the day, staying in one of the local camp sites or local B&B's, the Hare & Hounds is an ideal stop off point for Lunch, Dinner or even just a refreshing drink in the Beer Garden.
For those wishing to take advantage of the cycle rail trail, Trailways Cycle Hire is located in Hawsker’s old railway station only a few hundred yards from the pub. There really is no better way to finish off a days cycling than a delicious meal and pint or two!
